Take a Deep Breadth and Relax Yourself....just wait and see the miracle.

We generally skip the habit of counting our breaths thinking they are run by god and we have no role in their counts. The Hindu religion says that our breaths are already fixed by our birth. How far this is correct, most of us do not even care to know. But we must assume that we have some number of breaths to live with and we must live them to the brim.

Today the clock on the wall keeps persistently an eye on our moves; we are left with no options. We have to move with the world or else will lag behind in isolation. Such a rush on the roads and exhausting workload in office leave us with no options but to say a BIG NO to our parents, kids, friends or wives/husband. But nature has given us the potential to energize our body and flare our spirits to come to terms with life and enjoy it.

Just try this and see the miracle for yourself. It costs nothing. It takes only 5-10minutes from your continuous work. The moment you feel bored and tired, stop working. If it is a possible order for a cup of tea/coffee (or make it). Stretch yourself in a comfortable posture on the chair, if you are lucky enough to have a couch, well and good. Don’t use a bed; it will make you fall asleep. Close your eyes and rub them slowly and softly. Now just feel relaxed. 

Take a deep breath. Let loose your body parts, relax your muscles and feel every sip of your tea/coffee. Do not think. Don’t talk to your colleagues or use your cell phone. Keep all the calls pending, they can wait. Just enjoy the time for yourself. This is not just for male workers even female workers can use it too. If you are working in a call-centre ask your colleagues to join you so that you all can alternately take turns for relaxing while others can keep track of the calls.

What do you think you are seizing your time from? Very simple, cut short your phone calls. Use limited words, precisely those that explain you best. Talking uses a lot of your brain power so it is suggested to speak less. Save energy and utilize it when it should is required.

Repeat this exercise after each two hours and see how you benefit. Feel free to make changes but make sure they should not disrupt your office work or else you may risk your job. You can use a glass of juice (a healthy option) or even eat a chocolate. A deep breath is a must to increase your intake of oxygen. Feel healthy more at home with your routines.
