#1. Warm water preparation

This is the simplest way to consume honey and cinnamon and all it requires is water, honey, and cinnamon. First, boil a kettle of warm water and add some crushed cinnamon to the boiling hot water. Once it cools down, add a spoonful of honey to the cup of warm drink, and consume it on an empty stomach. This would detoxify the body and melt away all your fat.

#2. Cinnamon bark with honey

Take a long cinnamon stick and break it into three pieces. Put them in a teapot and add 1 and a half cup of water in it. Then, boil this water in a tea kettle and pour the boiling water over the cinnamon sticks kept in the teapot and place a lid over it. Keep in mind to always boil cold water and never reuse the boiling water. Allow this mixture to steep for a while and then strain the tea into another cup, you can throw away the cinnamon stick. Yes, Often Enough

Honey & Cinnamon age old practice to reduce weight. Nothing can be better than finding out Honey in my refrigerator early in the morning with a cup of hot water and I feel that I am all set to loose weight. It's though said that Honey helps in losing weight but if a person doesn't exercise and just keeps on having honey all day long and help in adding to the fat.
