It has been a week since iOS 10.3 was released and Apple has now begun rolling its iOS 10.3.1 update for users having iPad and iPhone. This release has its main focus on security improvement and bug fixes. It will also have 32-bit device support which means that iPhone 5 and iPhone 5 C are supported.
If you wish to download this update, you will need to have a fairly good Wi-Fi signal. To download and install it on your iOS device, you need to go to settings>General> Software Update and then tap on download and install.
When the download completes you should tap install and tap on Agree when terms and conditions appear. Additionally, to download iOS 10 via iTunes, you will need to install iTunes, open the same and then connect the iOS device to the PC or Mac, as the case might be.
Then you will need to select the device icon in iTunes. This will generally be on the top bar. Click the summary tab and then you will need to click on Check for Updates. After following these steps, you will have to click on Download and Update. You will need to follow some on-screen instructions to install iOS 10 thereafter.
