I need a smartphone with high specs for less than 250 euros, exceptionally 300, what would ye recommend me?

I am looking for a cheap smartphone with high specs, are the Gemini Pro or the Power 5 "ulefons" worth it, also what device would you recommend for a budget of up to 250 euros maximum, exceptionally 300 but unlikely?
