overweight condition! Or you are afraid of it! We know this is a very general
concern because many of the ladies out there don’t have a proper control over
their diet. Even the matter of being overweight also stands with several other

• Overweight & Proper Size - Having an overweight is the worst problem, and it sometimes
causes few diseases too. So, at the time of pregnancy, besides maintaining the
normal restrictions, it will be helpful if you do some easy exercises and yoga
to maintain the weight and fitness. That will also maintain your belly and back
structure and lead you to have a smooth pregnancy.
• A special Care to Health - Besides taking all the necessary steps, one can also consult
with their doctors for the extraordinary care that she needs to avoid any
pregnancy issues.
• Low Impact Workouts - Besides Yoga, one should choose some low impact activities.
Light workout or ten minutes of swimming or walking can be considered.
• Stay Hydrated Always - Try to be hydrated every time. Drink plenty of water which will
keep you hydrated and help in avoiding any inner conflicts in relation to your
health.
