Low calorie food which always boost energy for Bodybuilders

If you are a bodybuilder, the diet should be low in calorie so that you remain active and energized, all day through. 

Below we list some of the low-calorie energy boosting food which definitely deserves to be tried.

1. Brown Rice
It is a rich source of Manganese. You will remain energetic the day throughout if you take this. This can be served with vegetables or can be taken with some curd.

2. Soybeans
It is a rich source of iron and as a bodybuilder; you should definitely have some on daily basis. Take it with spinach for some added benefits. 

3. Vegetable salad
Being a bodybuilder, you should have low-calorie salad on daily basis. You can add some variety to the same with dark leafy greens or broccoli and lettuce introduced on alternative days.

4. Oatmeal
Packed with fiber, oatmeal is a great food to have if you are a bodybuilder. It will help you ensure balanced blood sugar level which needs to be in control if you are a bodybuilder.

5. Spinach
Spinach is a rich source of manganese, iron, and phosphorus. It is required for transporting vitamins and minerals throughout the body. If you wish to eat it raw, the same can be taken as a spinach salad.
