The best Turkish food, in my opinion is, the Meze. In this, you are offered with 20 different choices. It is a cold appetizer. You can have it with drinks or relish with the platterof full meal. It includes a gorgeous serving of a wide variety of salads, beans and appetizers which with bread. Later, you can munch on the scrumptious Börek. This is a delicious roll wrapped with cheese, spinach, and minced meat. These are one of the top delicious foods of turkey, that I would love to gorge on!
I really love Turkish culture. It's entirely different from mine. They believe in preparing quite traditional and fantastic dishes. Anything that's prepared with cheese and yogurt is my favorite.
