It is observed that most of the employers prefer to employ married people over singles. They believe that married people will be stable at their company as they have a family to serve. They also will be helpful in doing overtime as they do not have hurry to reach home. They will also not argue back as they are habituated to listen arguments of their wives or husbands. While singles may change jobs as and when they get better opportunities. They also cannot stand arguments.
