A group of hackers, known as Impact Team, hacked the Avid Life Media and stole the personal information of 37 Million Ashely Madison Users. This data was then made public worldwide through many websites leading to loss of repute of people.

The interesting fact about this hacking was that the hackers were praised and applauded for bringing the truth into the limelight.

The specialty of this hacking is that the company recognized that it had been severely hacked after four years! It admitted that 117 million users got their password and login details stolen (in 2014) and later sold on the black market in 2016.

This attack was incredibly massive that ever got recorded in the history. We might even call it the most severe attack. Here, the hackers attacked Iran’s Nuclear Plants by digging itself in that their nuclear programs.

It also managed to remain in their system and diverted scientists in the wrong direction (for testing etc.) for 17 months! Not to mention that it also secretly destroyed many of their uranium samples.

Here the attackers use data flood as the way to hack the computer systems. They repeat signals at high volume to overload your computer and flood it with data.

This attack was so severe that it made the global internet slow and also including some of the servers to collapse and shut down the internet for hours!

Spamhaus was the center of its activity. It’s flooding speed was 300 GB per second!
