It is interesting to note that both green and black tea are extracted from the same plant. Although the process of both the teas is different, in the case of green tea, there is a mild processing while black tea undergoes a whole process of oxidation called fermentation.

Tip: It is recommended that you do not boil the water when preparing green tea. This is because if you do so, then you will most likely kill its aroma and benefits. So, be careful folks!

Tip: Once the tea is ready, most people prefer to add sugar, milk, cream and lemon etc. to it. But, it is completely your choice. Whatever suits your taste buds the best!
