AMD R9 270x
8 Gigs DDR3 Ram
Windows 10.
I use OBS and I can't seem to find a decent bitrate and actual stream setting that will run smoothly but look the best quality I can get, and I am needing help finding them. I've watching videos and gotten help from friends and I have close settings but not quite good enough and could use some help.
