I remember that day, after independent India first financial minister R.K. Shanmukham Chetty presented first budget on November 1947. And Morarji Desai presented the maximum budgets 8 annual and 2 interim.

Total 35984 Cr allocated for farmer and agriculture safety, In PM Krishi Sinchai Yojana 28.5 lakh hectares in irrigation, Initial corpus of 20,000 Cr for long term irrigation fund in NABARD, 89 irrigation projects covering 80.6 lakh hectares fast tracked, Soil Health Card Scheme to cover all 14cr farm holdings, Unified Agricultural Marketing eplatform and common platform for wholesale market, 15,000 Cr fun for interest subvention to reduce burden of loan repayment on farmers, 5,500 Cr allocated in PM Fasal Bima Yojana.
