Do you think dieting can be dangerous?

The blissful smile of a living creature's face fades away when he or she gets pissed off with the excessively bulging out parts of his or her body. I'm sure that most of us have gone through the same phase where we are stressed of our increasing weight. We try out all that is possible to cut the excess fat from our bodies and acquire a perfect and healthy figure. The first method we adopt to reduce weight is dieting. We prefer this method over exercise and yoga because we find it easier and less painful and exhausting. But do you think that dieting is the best remedy to gain better results? Or do you think that by dieting you give an open invitation to problems?

Dieting is not a remedy but a hazardous technique to ruin your perfect health. Food is the major source of energy and nutrients. If human beings forbid themselves from eating, their internal organs function at a very lower level, due to the deficiency of required nutrients and hence the metabolic activities stop. Our brains require nutrients to function properly and increase the intellect of a man. But dieting leads to a stressful and unhealthy mind and disables us from making right decisions or having proper control over our daily activities.

Lack of proper nutrients leads to a pale, weak and lean human body, ultimately giving rise to depression and anxiety. Unhealthy food habits often result in immature organs and muscles of our bodies and offers numerous digestion-related problems. Apart from the health problems, it also offers irritation and headaches, and a feeling of drowsiness every minute.

"Selena you I'm sick and tired of my bulgy figure. How can I get rid of it? I tried all the exercises yet I could not get the results that I had expected."

Selena replied, "Arushi, why don't you go on a fruit diet? Trust me, you'll gain better results. It is the best way to get rid of excessive body fat."

Arushi did as Selena instructed her to do. She strictly followed the diet plan laid down by her and sticked to only fruits and vegetables. After a month she was found in admitted in the hospital. The main cause of her illness was extreme weakness and fatigue. It was then she realized that dieting is not fruitful, but harmful."

Therefore, dieting can be extremely hazardous in a human being's life. So avoid dieting as much as possible to prevent yourself from leading an unhealthy living.

Dieting can be really dangerous. When dieters cut out a large portion of the calories they normally consume, this can very easily lead to caloric and nutritional deficiencies, which can cause a host of side effects. Some of the more common ones can include headaches, muscle cramps, constipation, trouble sleeping and loss of bone density. Dieting can also greatly reduce the body's normal metabolic rate, which can result in tiredness and fatigue.
