Education in India has become something commercial. This is because of the lackadaisical attitude of the Indian government. Most of the government schools and colleges are mismanaged due to political interference and corruption. Funding by the State or Central Government is irregular leading to the degradation of the infrastructure of these schools and colleges.
India constitutes mostly of middle-class or poor families who cannot afford the cost of education at private institutions. The education department run by the Government is promoting such private schools and colleges just to shed off their responsibilities. These private institutions are a just money spinning hubs.
Corruption in the education sector in India is the cause for lack of funding in the education sector. The number of Government schools and colleges in India less as compared to its population and lack standard education and infrastructure too. The whole education system needs to be revised and upgraded to enhance funding in the education sector.
