Tips
When it comes to personal hygiene, men as compared to women, are more inclined towards bending the ground rules. The equation seems to be easy, but men twist it the other way. Whereas, better hygiene practices are a critical part of maintaining the overall health. The persona should be radiating and not be diminishing.
1. An important aspect for sustaining good health is washing your face at least twice a day. Make sure not to use soaps or body washes on your face. Use the products or facial cleansers that are made specifically for men else it may irritate and damage your skin. This skin irritation will lead to unbalanced pH levels and moisture exhaustion.
2. As strange as it may sound, but changing your undergarments often is the key to healthy habits. And this suggestion means changing undergarments every day and after every workout!
3. Daily showering is as important as the above tips. It's okay to skip on a lazy Sunday afternoon but otherwise if you've had a long perspiring day then make sure to shower before going to sleep. Make it a habit to have a bath before starting your day. The first thing you should do after your workout session is to take a quick shower.
4. Keep your hands moisturized. It’s perfectly okay to use a cream or lotion for keeping your hands soft. It prevents calluses, cracking and flaking.
5. You might argue that unlike women, men don't need any foot care routines! Right? Not really. Your feet may or may not be on the show, but foot care is paramount. Take care of them after a shower. Use pumice stone for rubbing off dead skin, apply a generous amount of moisturizer and use powder before wearing socks if you have smelly feet.

Mistakes Men Make
1. If you stick to just a fewer inferior products because the use of more merchandise makes you less manly, then you are making a big mistake! Use products that are of superior quality for not only ensuring better physical appearance but also for better health which gets compromised by the use of substandard products.
2. Dirty, unkempt and unsightly nails are a total turn offs. Therefore, manicures come to your rescue. Do not ignore the fact that your nails need pampering; else they can be distractive. Your hands are the point of focus while talking (if gestures are your thing) hence the nails should be healthy and clean not to transfer any germs while you eat and create a positive impression on showing them off.
3. Though it's a personal decision, trimming the overly dense hair present on your back or chest is a much due task. Consider body hair maintenance at regular intervals as the cleaner you are the lesser are the chances of developing any infections or possibilities of ingrown hair.
4. Use of creams and moisturizers can slow down the process of aging. This helps men combat the signs against youthful and energized look. Not only does this step prevent fine lines, sun spots, and under-eye bags, but also regulates the accelerated process of skin thinning. Not using them is a misconception.
5. Overdoing aftershave, hurrying the morning shave, over plucked eyebrows, or poorly maintained beards are amongst the mistakes most men make. Morning routine should be more like a ritual carried off religiously and not in a hustle.
Essential Habits
1. Keep your ears, nose, eyebrows clean.
2. Let your pearly whites (teeth) leave a lasting impression. Do not forget to see your dentist in every few months to maintain cleanliness inside.
3. Keep both your hands and feet fixed with clean nails and hygienically maintained.
4. Invest in a good morning routine to look fresh all day long. Let those pores remain clear and conditioned.
5. Keeping that stubble might be trendy for some, but maintaining a cleaner shave is essential as well as natural when it comes to carrying off other facial routines.
6. Try adding color to your wardrobe and also pick more sophisticated clothing lines that you can often wear to work, official meetings and conferences.
7. Ditch the wrinkles around your mouth by shaving regularly and also use a scrub twice a week to eliminate dead skin.
