Some Things To Consider

It all depends on the sauce which is prepared.  The number of calories depends on how a person makes it! The chief ingredient which adds on to the calories of pasta is the oil. A sauce which is made at home might have less oil compared to the sauce cooked at someone else's home. So, it sort of depends on how many calories you are willing to consume!

Solution To Consider

To keep the count of calories intact in a bowl of pasta containing red or white sauce which you can’t resist eating at times, do not forget to use the same commercially prepared white or red sauce on your pasta or spaghetti each time you feel like binging on one of them. Also, you can consider preparing your own white or red sauce and put in the same level of other ingredients to keep the calorie count same.
