No

No, not on regular basis. But, yes I do understand the importance of making kids exercise daily. When children are active, their bodies can do the things they want and need them to do. Because there are numerous of health benefits that regular exercise provides to the kids. Regular exercising and physical activities helps kids build strong muscles and bones, also helps in weight control and decreases risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

Thus, keeping your kid engaged with some sort of exercises or physical activities is really very important.
