Tormenting others can be happiness and exciting for many people. There are many ways in which people insult and hurt individual’s feelings. Some people make use of verbal insults which can be aimed in a direct or indirect way; some choose facial expression to insult others, and some insult by action.

Depends on the situation & person !
Off course not! A person though how much ever successful he is, is not suppose to insult anyone. No person has rights or any kind of powers to insult anyone in person or public. Every individual loves their self respect and each & everyone should know how to respect it. Money, success or fame doesn't give anyone the privilege to hurt other's sentiments.
