My coworker was interested in me when I first started working at my new job. However, am technically still married, but separated from my old partner. He found out I was married, but didn't know I was separated and beginning the divorce process, etc. So it seemed he lost interest and then got a girlfriend. We then become close as friends, but recently flirty tendencies have come up. He has told me that him and his gf are having trouble already after only two months. He calls me, "Mi Vida" in work messaging and say "you complete me" whenever I do him a favor. What does this mean? I'm asking because I am still interested in him... but of course only if he becomes single again obvi...
