Reliance Jio Prime's deadline may not end on Mar 31

If you have not registered for Reliance Jio’s Prime Membership so far, you need not worry much. In case you are still interested in availing the membership offer, the same might get extended. A report published on a website says that the Reliance Jio offer might get extended until April 30th. The last date to enroll for the membership plan as of now is until March 31, 2017.

Reports point out that this is being done as the target of having enough Prime members has not been met. According to reports, only 25 to 27 million people have enrolled for the membership. This number is only around 50 percent of what Reliance had expected from its Jio users.

The company has as such not revealed the expected number of people they wanted to enroll for the membership. However, with the company extending the deadline for membership enrollment, it is an indication that its expected targets were not met.

Reliance Jio membership of Rs 99 enables its registered users to continue getting 1 GB of unlimited 4G data on daily basis for a monthly fee of Rs 303. Other prime services as JioTV, Jio Music, Jio Cinema and Jio XpressNews will be available to them on a complimentary basis for a period of one year if they register under Jio Prime.
