Intermittent fasting: This type of fasting is a form where the person does not take any food for a certain interval and takes a meal at the end of the hour's interval. The one meal after the long gap should be a balanced, high protein and fat meal. This type of fasting is generally famous in the health and fitness industry. People who want to gain lean muscles and cut the fat percentage go for such fasting. It has been observed that during a fasting stage when a person works out, the fat gets to burn faster. Therefore, this fasting is a well-known trick in the bodybuilding community. This fasting is done with the proper amount of water intake during the fasting period. It serves as a very good way to lose fat and enhance metabolism.
Mono Fruit Fasting: This type of fasting again is a very popular fasting where a person is allowed to take a single type of fruit for the whole fasting period. This fasting can be done for maximum a month and then again after some interval. In this type of fast, the person eats a single type of fruit for every meal. This fast in also known as Fruit Island fasting where the only fruit is the option to eat. Again here the most vital beverage is water and that should me consumed properly. This type of fast is a way to cleanse the body and digestive system but mostly used in loosing weight. Fruits like watermelon, mango and banana are in general used during these fast.
All the above types of fasting methods which are very common nowadays. The basic problem is obesity, which everyone wants to cure through fasting. But fasting has a lot more benefits than just losing weight. Water fasting is the best one for health related issues.
