Many of us have the habit of walking in sleep. This might turn into a serious problem and you could also end up harming yourself and others. However, there are some remedies through which you can get rid of this problem.
1. Have objects in your way
You must be aware of the way you walk through during the night and can put some obstacle in the way so that your sleep is broken, once you hit that object. However, do not put big objects like table or wardrobe in the way. You can instead put some pillows or balls in the way to help you get rid of this problem.
2. Set Alarm
Though this might disturb others, it will break the sleep pattern. If you get up once during the middle of the night, you will sleep fresh again and over the time, you might get rid of this problem. Trying this technique for some time will eventually help you get rid of this problem.

3. Divert your mind from stressful thoughts
Research has shown that stress also leads to sleepwalking. The more stressed you remain; more are the chances of indulging in this habit. Once you get over stresses in life and sleep like a baby, the calmer you will be and this problem will cease to exist.
