Do Men have a Higher Sex Drive than Women?

Sexual impulses in men and women are influenced by certain psychological, sociological and biological factors. Who has more sex feelings, who have more sex interest or maybe who want sex more is quite a controversial question!

But, as there are two sides to a coin, similarly is the question, who have more sex drive - male or female. Let's find out.

Who Have More Sex Drive? Males!

Who have more intimate interests? Are they just males? Let’s take a look at how do male procreative urges go about! During their 20s, bodily requirements get pretty high. Young, as well as healthy men, believe in experimenting the most. They are more attracted towards forming new relationships and/ or marital intimacy.

However, with the responsibility of sustaining a career graph, marriage and children they start developing stress and also resort to the habits of smoking or consuming alcohol. Their urges of passionate voluptuousness start to ebb and flow. 30s is the time when they naturally wane through the episodes of energy, love making, and mutual affection.

When they enter the 40s phase, most of them are well-settled. They encounter minor health problems. But, also get turned on for spending quality time. Who needs sex more during this phase are definitely men who are quite energized for the action.

While they enter into their 50s, medical issues start lingering. But to note here is the fact that physical intimacy doesn’t come with an expiry date. Men and women who find it comfortable, discover their prospects of attracting each other even during this phase.

Who Have More Sex Drive? Females!

Urges in women change according to their monthly cycles as well as hormones. Physical desires during their 20s tend to be lower as compared to other phases. This is the time when a woman is striving towards building her career. Her hormonal levels are under control. She's dealing with the constant struggle of establishing herself and finding her ideal partner.

But, a woman’s erotic drive gets better when she reaches the age of 30. The techniques of getting an orgasm are likely to get better. However, that is also the time when she is stressed about child bearing and related problems. Shuffling constantly lowers her excitement.

During her 40s, sexual arousals may start to turn down. However, there also are women who make the most of this phase. Family and career burdens are lesser comparatively. It makes them less prone to weakening desires towards maintaining intimacy.

Who have more sexual feelings is quite a subjective question. Both men and women want to let out their urges on an equal level. Every phase of theirs has a separate intensity of romantic craving. It just depends on their compatibility and understanding! But the challenge prevails – all the action needs to be memorable. After all, it’s your take on developing an emotional connection. Let it not be about one. Make it a mutual effort where both of you have the reasons to want it.

I feel that both men and women need sex regularly. Both have equal sex drives, it's just that women tend to shy away a little bit and want the man to initiate sex. Otherwise, both men and women have the same level of sex drive.
