According to me lack of values is one of main reason for crimes against female's , many would say education and illiteracy but even educated people are involved in these activities ,,females are not safe even in office ,schools ,social gatherings ,because others think of them as a material ready to use ,,because they lack their basic morals..
Rape has many motives ,,but I think some males enjoy to dominate females more than they want pleasure ..
